In business since 1989, A Word’s Worth is owned and operated by Nina Ebert, Certified Professional Resume Writer / Career Coach, published author of resumes, cover letters, and career-focused blogs and newspaper articles, featured guest of career-focused radio programs, careers workshop presenter, charter member of leading Human Resource / Careers Industry networking groups and Bachelor of Arts - Journalism Degree - recipient with post-graduate courses in Human Resource Management.

By working face-to-face with each client in my central New Jersey office, or by conducting in-depth telephone interviews (if time permits), I personally craft professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that are tailored to your career objective and designed to best promote your talents and accomplishments. Since I sincerely believe that the face-to-face interview is superior to a telephone interview, I hope that you will visit my office. If the face-to-face meeting is not possible, I will conduct a comprehensive telephone interview. Following our face-to-face or phone consultation, I will email you drafts of the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. I will then implement changes / corrections to the documents until you are totally satisfied with the quality of my work. In addition, I will provide you with career coaching services so that you will feel confident about your upcoming job interviews.

Before starting A Word's Worth, I worked as a newspaper reporter for a Hudson County newspaper, a public relations specialist for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and a corporate advertising manager and promotional writer. In other words, writing strong copy is second nature to me. Throughout the years, I have learned that helping people is another passion of mine. Hence, I take great pride in treating each and every client as an individual, taking the time to learn what makes each client unique and amazing, then translating that information into a customized resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile designed to get job interviews.
